2. Eligibility

This Site is intended for users aged 18 and above who are C-suite executives, board members, senior leaders, governance and strategy professionals, business leaders, or representatives of organizations and academic institutions interested in leadership and the world of work.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

a. Content Ownership (Site Materials)
All content published by Top 10 C-Suite Voices (graphics, design, layout, wording, structure) is copyrighted and remains the exclusive property of the curators unless otherwise credited. You may not reuse or extract content without permission.

b. Contributor Submissions
You retain full moral authorship of any content you submit. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to edit (lightly), format, publish, archive, and repurpose your submission across:

  • Social platforms like LinkedIn or X
  • Our official newsletter
  • Event programs or digital archives
We will never sell your content or license it to third parties without explicit consent.

4. Submission Guidelines, Editorial Rights & Potential Recognition

  • We reserve the right to accept, reject, or edit submissions at our discretion
  • We do not tolerate hate speech, plagiarism, pseudoscience, or defamation
  • You confirm that your content is original, legal, and ethical

Recognition Disclaimer
While inclusion in any local or global edition of the Top10Voices ecosystem may make a contributor automatically eligible for consideration for future recognition, we reserve full discretion over whether, when, and where any recognition events take place, as well as their format, categories, and scope.
Final dates, locations, and structures may shift or be rescheduled based on operational, financial, or editorial requirements. No guarantee is made that a public ceremony will take place in a given year, only that all eligible contributors will be considered in good faith for recognition.

5. No Commercial Services (Yet)

We currently operate as a non-commercial project. If in the future we introduce paid features (e.g., tickets, voting, sponsorships), they will be subject to separate terms and clearly disclosed in advance.

6. Site Access and Availability

We strive to ensure uptime and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or immunity from technical disruptions. We may suspend access for maintenance or redesign at any time.
